Our Process

The raw materials; sand, stone, cement and water needed to produce concrete, arrive at the job site in separate compartments on our mobile batching plant (truck).

According to the application and volume needed, fresh-made, custom concrete is created instantly at your home or job-site with the desired slump.  By properly adjusting the cement, sand, rock and water ratios, we are able to produce fresh mixed on-site concrete.

This process is called volumetric concrete batching and is essentially the same process used before loading a barrel type concrete truck.

Volumetric concrete trucks have been around since the 1950′s and are used by municipalities, the US military and governments world wide.
